At Holt, pupils are taught the principles of information and computation, how digital systems work and how to put this knowledge to use through programming.
Building on this knowledge and understanding, pupils are able to evaluate and apply information technology, including new or unfamiliar technologies, analytically to solve problems.
Pupils draw upon their creativity and innovation when designing, producing and evaluating a range of digital artefacts.
Pupils’ health and wellbeing is ensured through our online safety progression, which aims to ensure that pupils become digitally literate – responsible, competent, confident and creative users of technology.
